• Person booking the ground is responsible for counduct and discipline of the teams during the play and stay in the ground.
• Teams are bound to obey the ground rules.
• Teams have to take care of their belongings .Ground authority shall not be responsible for any theft,loss or Injury.
• Damage to the ground property is liable to be penalized.
• Parking of vehicles to be done in orderly manner.
• Smoking and alcohol is strictly prohibited.
• Players are to be in proper cricket uniform and cricket shoes.
• Maintain mutual respect whit fellow olayers,ground staff,umpires and spectators in order to up hold the spirit of the game.
• The total ground rent has to be paid in advance.
• No cancellation is permitted after Thursday of the week, no refund will be given
• In case of rain befor the start of the play, areserve day/time will be given.
• If the scheduled match is completed before the time allotted the terms have to vacate the ground. Practice is not allowed.
• The teams have to stick to the timings only, othrrwise extra rent will be charged.
• After the start of the match, rain interrupts the play,refund will not given.
• The start of the play due to the late arrivl of players/team, the have to rearrange/reduce the overs such that the game is completed at the alloted time only.
• The decision of the ground authoority is final and binding.
• Ground authority has the rigth to cancle/re-schedulle the booking.
• Music not allowed inside the ground. Only commentary you can do.
• Chairs and foods not allowed inside the ground.

I assume all responsiblity on behalf of my Team mates and agree to indemnify any and all concerned authoritites for any loss, damage or injury to me and my team's prooerty which may have been caused during the play by accident or negligence, or any act, of any person(s) or equipment connected in the any way with the event.

I understand that the AL Hail Cricket ground does not guarantee the safety of the equipment of me or my team mates and that this release agreement is to be binding on me, my heirs and assigns. I have read the above , understand its meaning and voluntarily sign it.
